Owerri Umuahia Road: Indigenes, Residents Express Satisfaction Over Pace Of Work

The pace of construction activities on the Imo State end of the Owerri – Umuahia road has picked up, according to residents of the communities that the 65-kilometre federal highway transverses.

Recall that as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and campaign for infrastructural development, Omalicha 91.1 FM publicised the plight and complaints of people living and doing business in communities affected by the construction work.

As part of her follow-up report, Omalicha 91.1 FM correspondent, Amarachi Adimuko spoke to some residents along the Azaraebelu axis of the Owerri-Umuahia road.
